Our Office
We are located at 119 Grove Street in Montclair, NJ. We are in the back of the building on the corner of Walnut Street and Grove Street. Our office has an on-site, handicap-accessible parking lot. We offer same-day, early morning, and evening appointments. We do our best to accommodate your scheduling needs.

Meet Our Team
Lisa Ferrara Ciardi, Physical Therapist
Lisa Ferrara-Ciardi, PT has over 25 years of experience in the field of physical therapy. Lisa received her bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from New York University. Through her years of continuing education, Lisa has utilized her knowledge of manual techniques and functional movement and incorporates this into her goals and treatment plans for each individual patient. Through her specialized training and clinical experience, Lisa has developed a unique approach to physical wellness for the patient’s life span.
Lisa is also a busy mother of five active children whom she has raised in Montclair. Lisa’s children are all involved with sports such as lacrosse, soccer, hockey, and baseball. She is a dedicated volunteer and co-founder of the non-profit organization Goals for Life, Inc., whose mission is to raise funds for women’s health initiatives.
Patricia McGuire, Office Manager
Patricia is here to make each patient’s time at Ascend Physical Therapy a pleasant and influential experience. She will check and explain your insurance benefits to you, schedule appointments that fit the needs of your schedule, and take care of any and all doctor communications. She also is responsible for all in-house billing for Ascend Physical Therapy, which allows her to personally respond to any billing concern in a timely fashion.
